Working in customer service has really taught me the quality of dealing with problems and conflict when it especially comes to service requests and has shown me how to solve problems efficiently leaving the client happy.These are skills that will be beneficial for life because once one learns to deal with service related problems efficiently then it is a step ahead to being successful in the corparate environment.
