I commenced my articles with Cluver Markotter Inc. Whilst practicing in the firm's commercial and litigation departments, I assisted leading professionals on various matters relating to company liquidators, close corporations, listed companies, private companies, trustees of insolvent estates and high net worth private individuals on all aspects of corporate restructuring, drafting contracts of employment, employment negotiations, transfers and start-up of business, and settling and interpretation of commercial contracts and agreements. I am an admitted attorney.
