Tertia Barrett is the new Smoke CCS MD

Smoke Customer Care Solutions has appointed Tertia Barrett as its new MD. Currently working as Smoke CCS's chief of staff, Barrett will be tasked with the day-to-day running of the company and putting the necessary structures in place to support its growth in her new role.

Barrett obtained her MBA Cum Laude from the Gordon Institute of Business Science and her expertise lies in strategic business management with a proven track record of successfully growing business revenue, as well as developing go-to-market strategies and establishing new markets.
