Taplin replaces De Klerk at Garden Route National Park

The South African National Parks (SANParks) has appointed Megan Taplin as the new area manager of the Knysna section of the Garden Route National Park. Taplin will replace Johan de Klerk who has moved to the Mokala National Park in the Northern Cape.

Taplin completed her four-year B.Sc. degree in nature conservation, zoology, and animal physiology at Stellenbosch University. Taplin joined SANParks as an environmental control officer at the Addo Elephant National Park in 2001.
