New general manager and executive chef at Tintswalo

Martin Greyling is Tintswalo's new general manager. Martin previously worked in the kitchen at Tintswalo Safari Lodge, followed by a few similar positions at other highly-acclaimed establishments. He returned to Tintswalo as executive chef. He is joined at Tintswalo at Waterfall by new executive chef, Gabriel Harkin, who originates from Belfast, Northern Ireland. Gabriel has been based in South Africa since 2004 and has worked in many top hotel kitchens.
