Radisson OR Tambo announces key leadership appointments

Radisson Hotel and Convention Centre OR Tambo has appointed Steph Bezuidenhout as its new risk and security manager. With over 30 years of experience in surveillance, gaming compliance, and hotel security across South Africa and New Zealand, Bezuidenhout will focus on strengthening internal safety protocols and aligning the hotel with international security standards.

Rika van Niekerk joins as human resources manager, bringing a strong background in hospitality and people management. Previously with Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane, she will lead initiatives focused on talent development, employee engagement, and building a collaborative workplace culture.

Dario Maino has been named food and beverage manager. A graduate of the Swiss Hotel School, he has held various leadership roles across Radisson properties. In his new role, Maino will focus on elevating the hotel’s dining experience and enhancing service consistency across its food and beverage operations.
