RoomRaccoon has appointed Cyril Lavenant as its new global head of customer success. Lavenant, with over 20 years of experience in sales and revenue development, will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
Previously chief revenue officer at DataMa, Lavenant will now lead the team supporting over 2,000 properties globally.
