The Boardwalk Hotel appoints Willie Mcotoyi as new executive chef

The Boardwalk Hotel and Casino has appointed Willie Mcotoyi as its new executive chef. Mcotoyi completed a professional cookery diploma at HTA Culinary School in Johannesburg and has worked for various hotels around the world. The Eastern Cape-born chef always promised himself that he would end his career back in his home province and empower young chefs with the skills that he has acquired around the world.
