Radisson Blu Sandton appoints Tristan Latouf as executive chef
The Radisson Blu Sandton has appointed Tristan Latouf as the executive chef of its Vivace restaurant.
During a residency at Quartermain Faircity Hotel, Latouf was former head chef of Dinner Time Stories. He was also the sous chef for London-based Italian chef, restaurateur and food expert Antonio Carluccio.
