Danie de Wet voted on to KWV board

After the AGM of KWV Limited which was held on 31 October 2007, De Wet was appointed as a director of the company in terms of article 12.13 of the company's articles of association.

At a general meeting of shareholders of KWV Limited held in Paarl today, De Wet was elected as a director of the company in terms of article 12.7. He remains chairman of the board of KWV Limited.Two hundred and thirty three (233) shareholders voted in favour of De Wet, who received 67,9% of the shares voted.
