AFP has a new global editor-in-chief
Agence France-Presse (AFP) has promoted Sophie Huet from deputy news director to global editor-in-chief.
Huet replaces Phil Chetwynd, who was appointed as the global news director on 9 January 2019.
Jean-Luc Bardet succeeds Huet as the deputy news director. Bardet and Huet will take up their new roles on 4 February 2019.
