Wicus Pretorius appointed as editor of Tuis and Home magazines

Tuis and Home is pleased to announce the appointment of Wicus Pretorius as the magazine's new editor. Wicus is a seasoned journalist and experienced editor with a passion for the home and décor industry.

After studying at the University of Stellenbosch, he started his career as a teacher and soon made the leap into the world of media as a sub-editor at Die Burger. Since then, he has had a five-year stint as the editor of TV-Plus and several editorial roles at Huisgenoot and You, most recently as deputy editor. Wicus has a keen understanding of what makes the Tuis and Home reader tick and has an exciting vision for how the brand can be further expanded, digitally and otherwise.
