Munghana Lonene FM appoints marketing manager
SABC's xiTsonga Radio station, Munghana Lonene FM, has appointed Ms. Vongi Nkanyane as their new Marketing Manager effective 1 June 2012.
Vongi is no stranger to radio broadcasting having joined the SABC's sales division in 2005 to assist the broadcaster to meet its commercial imperatives. Vongi holds a bachelor of arts degree and a career spanning over 12 years in different disciplines within the sales and marketing arena.
In this role, Nkanyane's mandate is, through the station's marketing strategy entrench ML FM as the station of choice, grow audience ratings, set the pace and raise the already existing culture of excellence in the delivery of educational, informative and entertaining content that will keep the public and the greater xiTsonga community glued on frequency 89.4-103.2.
