George Chen joins Avatar as head of strategy
Avatar has appointed George Chen as the new head of strategy. Chen, who holds a degree in social sciences with majors in law and psychology from the University of Cape Town, emphasises the future of strategy in blending technology with human insight.
He brings extensive experience from WPP, Publicis Group, and seven years of running a strategy consultancy that served clients in Namibia, the Middle East, and major South African brands like TFG, Ackermans, and the V&A Waterfront.
