FCM Travel Solutions Southern Africa has announced Bonnie Smith as its new general manager of the brand. She takes over from Nicole Adonis, who left the company in February to pursue new opportunities.
Smith says she is excited to embark on her journey as the leader of the global brand and that she is looking forward to guiding FCM through the challenges of Covid-19 and even taking the brand to the next level through technology and automation while continuing to uphold FCM's trusted product and service offerings.
She joined Flight Centre 16 years ago, working her way up the ranks into roles that have given her experience in both operations and technology. With a stint in New Zealand and Australia, Smith worked both in retail travel and corporate travel before taking on the role of GM Technology for the group.
