ICASA names new CEO
The council of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) has appointed Willington Ngwepe as its chief executive officer.
Willington was the acting CEO for ICASA since 7 July 2017.
The newly appointed CEO joined ICASA in 2014 as a chief operations officer.
