Arena Holdings has a new CEO

Arena Holdings has made key management changes with the appointment its current managing director, Andrew Gill, as its new chief executive officer for the group, effective 1 July 2020. Gill will be supported by an executive team including Linda Yanta, who is the new chief financial officer.

Pule Molebeledi will take over the managing director for news and media role where he will oversee Arena Holdings' news titles, while Debbie McCrum will assume the managing director for TV and entertainment role. The group has also appointed Moshoeshoe Monare as its managing director for operations and corporate services.

"We are entrusting the leadership of the underlying news and entertainment brands to this capable team, and we look forward to them leading us to higher ground as we build a strong, robust and resilient business for the future," said Arena Holdings and Lebashe chairman, Tshepo Mahloele.
