New head appointed at ICOM

ICOM, the world's largest network of independent advertising and marketing communications agencies, which is represented in South Africa by Troika Imagineering Works, has appointed its first woman executive director, Emma Keenan. British-born and now Paris-based Emma Keenan, previously vice president and partner of the independent media relations agency Open2Europe, replaces American Gary Burandt who managed the expanding network for almost 20 years.
