Second Asian launch for MMA
MANILA, PHILIPPINES: The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) launched its second Asian local council yesterday, Wednesday, 26 August 2009, in partnership with the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP). The MMA Philippines Local Council has 24 founding member companies and was launched four months after India. Its objective is to foster the mobile advertising and marketing industry in the Philippines through local participation from industry stakeholders to drive the adoption of global standards, best practice and guidelines across the mobile marketing channel in the country.
