Pioneer to unbundle Quantum to shareholders

Pioneer Foods (PFG) said on Friday its board of directors had resolved to proceed with the unbundling of its interest in Quantum Foods to its shareholders. Quantum Foods will be listed on the JSE as a separate entity on an anticipated date of 6 October 2014. Source: Business Day via I-Net Bridge
