New CEO for Kauai SA

Health food restaurant, Kauai, recently appointed Hendrik Coetsee as chief executive officer of its business operations in South Africa, effective 1 February 2011. Coetsee, who joined Kauai in 2007 as financial director, has extensive experience in the quick service restaurant and FMCG industries having spent time at McDonalds SA, SA Breweries and Coca Cola Sabco. "After more than fifteen years of trading, the Kauai brand is the clear leader in the quick service healthy food sector. Kauai is well loved by its customers and offers a unique attraction to South Africans who more and more are seeking healthy eating options," says Coetsee.
