FNB finishes painting Soweto skyline

In what could be the largest mural ever undertaken in this country, First National Bank (FNB) has finished painting the cooling towers at Soweto's Orlando Power Station. The first tower was branded with the FNB logo and "Proudly South African" on the other side. The newly-finished second tower is completely pictorial, portraying images of famous Soweto landmarks, people's heroes such as Nelson Mandela and Yvonne Chaka Chaka, as well as scenes and images from everyday life like taxis and street vendors.
