Voting opens for top jock at MPowerFM

The first round of auditions for the Vodacom MPowerFM Top Jock Search 2009 was held on Saturday, 15 August 2009, at the Highveld Mall in Emalahleni. The five semi-finalists Ntonbenhle Mongoru, Jabu Mahlangu, Phetsile Maphanga, Simone van der Colff and Nomvula Mokoena will join the MPowerFM breakfast show every morning from 17 August with Mio & Queenie. Listeners will have the chance to listen to and vote for their favourite candidate during the course of the week by SMSing the word JOCK followed by the name of the candidate to 33943. The next auditions will be on Saturday 22 August at the Riverside Mall in Nelspruit from 9am. Entry forms are available at the MPowerFM studio in Nelspruit, online at www.mpowerfm.co.za or on the day at the Riverside Mall.
