Classic 1027 placed under voluntary business rescue

Moneyweb reports that classical music radio station Classic 1027 is currently under voluntary business rescue. Media group African Media Entertainment (AME), which acquired a shareholding in Classic 1027 in January 2018, announced it after a resolution was adopted approving the voluntary commencement of business rescue proceedings in terms of the Companies Act, 2008.
