Totalstay to operate Tricolt’s aparthotel rental pools at The Madison and Olympus Sandton

Tricolt Group has appointed Totalstay™ to operate the aparthotel rental pools at two major residential developments, The Madison in Cape Town and Olympus Sandton in Johannesburg. The appointment follows a due-diligence process and will see Totalstay provide participating apartment owners with an end-to-end rental management solution, covering reservations, revenue management, guest services, housekeeping and day-to-day hospitality operations.

The Madison, a 391-apartment mixed-use development on Bree Street, is scheduled for completion in 2029, while the 527-apartment Olympus Sandton is under construction and targeted for completion in 2028. Totalstay will establish dedicated on-site teams and operational infrastructure at both developments, with the aim of delivering a consistent guest experience while supporting the long-term performance of participating apartments.
