Centre for Human Rights commends High Court judgement
The Centre for Human Rights commended the High Court of South Africa's decision to require Jon Qwelane to apologise for hateful speech towards the LGBT community.
The judgement was handed out last week and the court has given Qwelane 30 days within to apologise.
