Isaac Hayes coming to SA

South Africa will experience the Isaac Hayes movement when the multifaceted and talented songwriter, producer, sideman, solo artist, film scorer, actor, rapper and DJ arrives in the country on Friday, 19 October 2007. This Grammy and Oscar Award-winning legend, known by many for the Original Shaft and Southpark, will engage with various communities and stakeholders through dialogue, workshops and tours around the country. Highlights will be a workshop at the Music Academy of Gauteng and a banquet performance on 25 October, both at Birchwood in Ekurhuleni.
