Seventeen dairy prizes for Fairview

At the 2011 South African National Dairy Championships held last week, Fairview Cheese took home six firsts, eight seconds and six third place prizes. The six first prizes were awarded for La Beryl, Blue Tower, Bleu en Blanc, Cambozola, Chevin with Black Pepper and Paprika and Caraway Cheese. "It was also encouraging to see our innovative cheeses receiving mostly second prizes and a first prize, says Louis Lourens, Fairview cheese maker.
