Sweet16.co.za, a new local entertainment and community website for teenage girls, was launched in October 2005 with the vision that our tech and trend savvy youth cannot be overlooked as a target market for online marketing initiatives. "We hope to provide a positive platform for teen girls to engage with our advertisers' products, to source great content, and to interact with each other via a message forum on all aspects of growing up and becoming women," says Caroline Lowings, webmaster of www.sweet16.co.za.
