LG warns: Beware hoax SMS, e-mails

Hoax emails and SMS are again circulating in the name of LG Electronics and the company advises all consumers to disregard this official looking communications falsely claiming that the recipient of the SMS or e-mail has won a sum of money from LGESA. The company cautions all recipients against disclosing any personal and/or confidential information in response to such communication, as LGESA will not be held liable for any resultant loss.
