Italian producer sues local film company for R28m

An Italian film producer who suffered serious injuries in a 1999 road accident while en route to an ad shoot in Port Nolloth is suing the driver of the minibus and Velocity Films for R28-million. Raffaella Scarpetti claims that her income has decreased drastically as she is no longer able to work at the same pace. Velocity is opposing the claim.
