Spur partners with Fidelity Sensormatic for safer play areas

In an effort to provide additional protection for children at its outlets across the country, Spur Steak Ranches has partnered with Fidelity Sensormatic. Fidelity ADT will provide Sensormatic pedestals at the entrance/exit of the store and then magnetic pinless tags at the entrance to the play area.

When entering the play area, each child will be tagged by a childminder for that area - the tag can only be removed at the pay desk once the family leaves the children. Spur plans to roll out the technology to as many of the outlets as possible nationally by the end of 2019.
