The Commonwealth's biggest media gathering got underway in Sri Lanka on Sunday, February 23, 2003 for The Commonwealth Press Union's (CPU) 5th Biennial Conference of Publishers and Editors, attended by some 175 delegates from within the Commonwealth states media fraternity.
