ICASA extends deadline for public submissions on the Subscription Broadcasting paper

ICASA has given an extension to the date for public submissions on its Subscription Broadcasting discussion paper, published on 13 April 2004, to generate comment from all stakeholders on the introduction of a regulatory framework for subscription broadcasting in South Africa. The initial closing date of 7 June 2004 has been extended to Monday, 14 June, 16h30, to give sufficient time to interested parties, stakeholders and the public to respond to the issues and questions raised in the discussion paper.
