Motsweding FM pledges time for Mandela Day
Motsweding FM treated all listeners to a feast of its five main live broadcasts of Nelson Mandela day activations. The station has also donated R10, 000 to a school in Dipudi village in Ganyesa, North West Province. Lindiwe Modise, one of the station's renowned radio personalities, and the rest of Resemeletse show team were hard at work helping to serve the learners with Kitchen soup. Then on 18 July 2011, the station carried a live debate on Kopa dilalelo show from the University of Johannesburg, where students, academics and members of the community deliberated on the legacy that Madiba has created.
