New podcast channel offers lifestyle, information, finance, entertainment

Primedia Broadcasting has leveraged its existing resources to create Life, a new podcast channel featuring the best in lifestyle, information, finance and entertainment. Audiences can now download, stream or subscribe to cherry-picked station content plus special material produced exclusively for podcasts.

The fan base for podcasts is growing rapidly. Globally, podcasts have doubled in the last two years, and last year iTunes surpassed 1 billion podcast subscriptions. Primedia Broadcasting recorded 1.6 million audio plays in the past 12 months across its stations.
