Fergus Sampson resigns from Media 24, Davidson as acting head
Fergus Sampson, chief executive of Media24 News division, has resigned and leaves the organisation at the end of October 2014. Ishmet Davidson, head of local and southern newspapers, will step in as acting head.
For the past two years, he has been at the helm of Media24's News division. Sampson serves on the boards of the Natal Witness, South African Press Association (SAPA), Print and Digital Media South Africa (PDMSA) and MultiChoice.
