Nutren Activ Adventure Boot Camp Wellness Seminar
The Nutren Activ Adventure Boot Camp Wellness Seminar 2011 was held at Lanzerac Hotel and Spa in Stellenbosch last weekend.
The speaker lineup included Diana Rankin from Perfume Power, Jackie Pritchard- psychic and clairvoyant and Marlene Wasserman, renowned Sexologist, better known as Dr. Eve. Ladies were also treated to an afternoon of pampering with various free beauty treatments like massage, hair and makeup.
The winner of this year's Nutren Activ Adventure Boot Camp Challenge was also announced at the Wellness Seminar. After a gruelling 14 weeks of attending Adventure Boot Camp, five days a week, for three consecutive camps totalling exactly 60 days, 26 year old Tanya Ellis from Durbanville took home the title. With the help of Nutren Activ, a dietician, a life coach and numerous sponsors, she was able to make the biggest holistic lifestyle change that helped her lose 5.3% body fat, a total of 70.5cm and 12.3kg.
