The mfsa's inaugural Brand Excellence Awards held on 7th June 2005
Last night, South Africa's top ten brands were paid tribute to by the mfsa. This event showcased the people, their marketing and communication strategies and brand activities that placed them amongst this remarkable group.
The brands that were acknowledged were: Standard Bank, MTN, Absa, FNB, Telkom, Castle, De Beers, Old Mutual, Pick ' n Pay.
The key note speaker at this event was Tom Blackett, Group Deputy Chairman of Interbrand UK and delegates were entertained by MC, comedian David Kau, and renowned storyteller Gcina Mhlope-Becker.
