AMASA Workshop - Class of 2005
The annual workshop took place last week from the 3 - 6 August 2005 at the Devon Valley Hotel in Stellenbosch, where 32 eager delegates awaited their 4 day challenge to show what they where made of.
We where addressed by some important speakers which kept us going non-stop for four days with some excellent meals in between to keep the energy levels high. There was very little sleep consumed as we all worked into the early hours of each morning to finish our presentations which we delivered later that evening. Our judges where duly impressed but there could only be one winner and the prizes where awarded the last day with some great feedback. On the Friday night we had a blast at the P party, where everybody behaved and no names where thrown away. I think.
Well done to the AMASA committee for pulling this one off as it was the most informative and educational workshop to the industry by the industry and it really showed that the industry is in good hands.
