Sick of complains

They complain about people leaving the country to apply for jobs in other coutries, they complain about the weather, they complain about lack of skills, but no one is willing to change any of this. Employers dont believe in fresh minds, dont believe in training, dont believe in creating a healthy great environent for their employees. They are the first ones to look dull and sick in the morning and expect everyone to look happy and love their jobs. I think changing South Africa to be better is to change our perceptions and ourselves first.
