Experience from the pro's
Working for a small company as the marketing manager but want to gain more exposure and experience with established companies.
Our company is small and fairly young. I oversee all marketing activities. However, my degree is in media & communication therefore I do not have the tertiary marketing qualification so my strategies and campaigns are all based on what I experience and from articles and books. I want to work for a more established company and gain marketing experience or communication experience by learning from professionals. How can I break into such companies with just less than a years experience?
