Why as South Africans are we not dealing with the issue of service delivery ... from answering a phone to taking a potential customer through your services or products?
Increasingly, you meet up with a lady behind a desk who seems to have had a bad morning before getting to work or just being plain rude. And then you still have to deal with service towards white people being different to service towards black people - and usually from a black person, nogal!
