Scrapping ''Happy Hour'' promotions in pubs
The British Beer and Pub Association and their 32 000 members are introducing a ban on "Happy Hour" two-for-the-price-of-one promotions in a bid to curb binge drinking. Should South Africa take a leaf out of their book?
