Skills shortage
Lack of formal qualifications hampering our progress
What is all this hype about skills shortage when experienced people are left to scrub for a living at the bottom of the pit. Getting a graphic design job with no qualification is a job in itself. why can't employers hire on the basis of experience as opposed to qualifications. There are good designers out there willing to add value to the country.
