Graphic design bursaries
Why are there so few companies able to supply bursaries for upcoming graphic designers?
I am 19 years old and currently in my first year of study at Prestige Academy in Bellville, Cape Town. I study BTEC Graphic Print Design, a 2-year course. The thing is, graphic designing is a very expensive course and portfolio printing leaves me penny-less each month. I am a very hard-working, committed student, but will have to reconsider my second year if I don't get any financial aid soon.
Any help on where to find suitable bursary oppertunities will be sincerely appreciated.
Thank you
