With the outflow of experience from SA, clients are placing junior staff (unfairly) into senior marketing positions.
Ad agencies are then asked to fill the strategic planning gap.
There is a shortage of strat planners (I'm not referring to media planners)- would anyone in the industry be interested in an intensive pass/fail course in strategic planning for the advertising industry?
