Subliminal advertising
After the furore of subliminal advertising a few years ago is it still practised in South Africa?
I was told that a bed manufacturer recently ran a tv ad and that "sleep" and "sport" - I can't see why - came up on screen for very short intervals... can anyone substantiate or comment on this?
Does anyone know of examples of subliminal advertising in SA in the last few years?
Is there a clear legal definition of subliminal advertising in SA law and what are the details/repurcussions thereof?
