Dish magazine to review complaints
Following the publishing of the April 2012 edition of DStv magazine, Dish, without schedule listings, MultiChoice has received a number of complaints and will therefore be conducting a survey in the coming weeks which will ask all subscribers whether they wish to receive a printed version of the listings, even though there will still be inaccuracies.
According to the corporation, it decided to discontinue the schedules in the magazine to stop giving its subscribers inaccurate schedule information. Once it has received the feedback from this survey, it will determine the best route forward to resolve this to the satisfaction of its subscribers.
