Whether they are set up as for profit or not for profit organisations, their primary focus is transformational social change.
The Schwab Foundation and Ernst & Young seek to recognise and reward leading South African social entrepreneurs. The finalists will be invited to the World Economic Forum’s Africa Economic Summit, 13 - 15 June 2007. The winner will gain access to the Schwab Foundation’s global network, providing the opportunity to engage global decision takers from the public, corporate, media and academic sectors to strengthen and expand their models.
